Tenfold Solutions ("Tenfold," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website (tenfoldsolutions.ca), how we use and protect it, and the rights you have under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable privacy laws.

01Scope

This policy applies to personal information we collect through this website. "Personal information" means information about an identifiable individual, as defined by PIPEDA. It does not apply to information that is anonymized or aggregated so that it can no longer be associated with you. Engagements with clients are governed by a separate written services agreement, which may contain additional privacy and confidentiality terms.

This is a simple, informational website. We collect very little:

Information you give us directly

If you email us (for example, at sales@tenfoldsolutions.ca or by clicking a "Book a Discovery Sprint" link), we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message. You are not required to provide this; you provide it voluntarily to contact us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider's servers automatically log basic technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser type and settings, device and operating-system information, the pages you request, and the date and time of access. This is used for security, diagnostics, and to keep the site running. We do not use this data to build a profile of you.

What we do not collect

We do not operate contact forms, accounts, analytics, advertising trackers, or a newsletter on this site, and we do not set our own cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

03How we use information

We use the limited information above only to:

• respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services;
• operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website;
• comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

If you become a client, any further use of your information is governed by our services agreement with you. We will not sell your personal information.

04Consent

Under PIPEDA, we rely on your consent to collect, use, and disclose personal information. When you email us, you expressly consent to our using that information to respond to you. For the automatic technical data described above, your consent is implied by your use of the site for the limited operational purposes stated. We send commercial electronic messages only in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): we identify ourselves and include an unsubscribe option in any such message, and you can opt out at any time.

05Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose it only:

• to service providers who help us operate the website (for example, our hosting and email providers), who may process it only on our instructions and for these purposes;
• where required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a valid legal request, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety; or

06Hosting & international transfers

This website is hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure (Railway), and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. As a result, technical data such as your IP address may be processed or stored on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States. Information in another country is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to its courts, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities. By using this site you acknowledge this transfer. We use providers that offer commercially reasonable safeguards.

07Cookies & tracking

This site does not set its own cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers and may expose your IP address to Google under its own privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for Google's practices.

08Safeguards

We use reasonable physical, organizational, and technological measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information to protect it against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. The site is served over encrypted HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you and our business records.

10Your rights

Subject to legal limits, PIPEDA gives you the right to:

• ask whether we hold personal information about you, and to access it;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
• withdraw consent to our use of your information (on reasonable notice);
• ask how your information has been used and to whom it has been disclosed; and

11Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes take effect when posted; your continued use of the site after that means you accept the updated policy.
