An educational institution's career management team was copying every employer job posting into 12twenty by hand: company, title, salary, location, description, deadlines, field after field, across roughly 7,300 postings a year. We built an AI-powered Chrome extension that does the copying for them.
What we built
Staff open an employer's posting page; the extension reads it and Claude turns it into clean, structured data.
One click fills the 12twenty posting form, so staff only add the institution-specific fields.
Human-in-the-loop by design: nothing goes live until a staff member reviews and approves it.

A bookkeeping team was re-keying client trial balances by hand and mapping every account to their own standardized chart of accounts: slow, repetitive, error-prone work on every single close. We built a tool that does it for them.
What we built
Drop in a client trial balance in any format (PDF, Excel, or CSV, even a messy multi-statement package) and it pulls out just the numbers it needs.
Maps every account to the firm's standardized chart automatically, then exports a clean, consolidated report ready to use.

The mapping tool above lands each client's numbers in the firm's standard chart, but those figures still had to be entered into the accounting platform by hand, one line per account, every month. That platform has no import button and no way in for outside software. We built a tool that handles that last step automatically.
